Refund policy

We'll Accept Returns For:

  • Defective products
  • Significantly different from preview

We Can't Accept Returns For:

  • Custom products you just don't like (they're made just for you!)
  • Wrong sizes (we only make the size you order)
  • Damage from normal wear
  • Return request emails after 14 days of delivery

How to Return: Email support@woofle.io with order # and reason within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement ASAP—no return needed.
